How it works
Start with a one-week review, then decide what to do next with the evidence in hand.
Readiness review
One week, at a fixed price agreed before we start. If you book a sprint within 30 days, we deduct the full review fee from the sprint price.
We test in a separate environment, never on your live system, within a scope we agree in writing. If you don't have a test environment yet, we set one up with you.
What we check
- Security: access rights, exposed keys, vulnerable dependencies, encryption, and backup and restore.
- Performance: load tests, response times, page speed and error rates.
- User journeys: the three that matter most, with screenshots of where users get stuck.
- Operations: environments, deployment, monitoring and logs.
- Accessibility: a check against WCAG 2.1 AA, the web accessibility standard.
- Localization: whether text, dates, currencies, layouts and local conventions are ready for each market you plan to serve.
- Data protection: a basic hygiene check, not legal advice.
What you get
- A one-page summary with the five biggest risks.
- A ranked fix list. Each item comes with evidence, steps to reproduce, impact, the fix and an estimate in days.
- Baseline measurements from your test environment.
- One urgent fix of up to a day's work, delivered as a pull request.
- A fixed-price sprint proposal and a one-hour walkthrough.
What we need from you
- Access to your code and your test environment.
- A kickoff call, and one person who can answer questions during the week.
Launch sprints
Two to four weeks each, with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
We fix the issues the review found, most serious first. Typical work: deployment, security, performance, sign-in and permissions, localization, and the details users notice first, such as loading states, error messages and mobile layouts.
There's no subscription. Maintenance is billed per job, as needed. We don't offer 24/7 on-call support: alerts go to you, and we fix issues within an agreed number of working days.

- Your system runs in cloud accounts you own, in the region you choose.
- Your customers' data stays in your systems. We work with test data.
- We work alongside your developers, or on our own if you don't have a team.
- The person you brief is the person who builds. No account managers, no subcontractors.
- Localization is part of the build from day one: language, formats, layouts, content and local conventions.
- We work mostly with TypeScript and JavaScript web apps, Python services, Electron desktop apps and Docker-based deployments. Using something else? Ask us before you book.
